Shipping Charges
We ship via Fed-Ex Ground to the lower 48 states. This gets your order to you 2 to 3 days faster than normal!
FREE shipping on all orders over $129.
For orders between $20 and $98.99, the shipping charge is only $10.95.
We charge a minimum of $40.00 "shipping and handling" to AK and HI.
Sorry, we cannot ship to APO or FPO's due to stringent USPS regulations.

15 Day Return Policy
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 15 days of receipt in original condition and we will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your credit card (your choice). Shipping is not refundable.
Refunds on parts are 100% refundable, less shipping.
Refunds on machines and appliances incur a 15% restocking fee. Product must be returned in like new condition.
Shipping fees on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (both on returning to us and back to you) unless we made a mistake in filling the order.
All returns must be in new, unused and original condition. If you need to return an item please contact Lavada at customer service for a return authorization number. All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA#).
All refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the value of the item only, and do not include shipping charges.
90 Day Warranty on all items: If an item is defective we will repair or replace it for a period of 90 days from the date received. The customer must return the item to us at their expense. We will repair or replace the item and return it to the customer at our expense.
Genuine or Replacement
Some of our Rainbow parts are manufactured by Rexair... the parent company of Rainbow, and some are made by other companies using the same high quality specifications as the originals.
Some parts... such as power nozzle motors, were never made by Rexair.
Original Rainbow parts are generally much more expensive than replacements. We have found that most of our customers would rather have replacement parts and save money without sacrificing quality.
Mis-pricing or Clerical Error
If an item has been inadvertently mispriced or a clerical error results in an incorrect description of a product we will simply cancel the order with notification.
